ModaVista is a growing online fashion retailer with over 15,000 monthly orders. The support team consisted of 4 employees handling hundreds of repetitive inquiries daily about delivery status, returns, and product availability. Customer service costs were steadily rising while response times kept getting longer.
Challenge
Around 40% of all support tickets were repetitive standard questions consuming valuable work time. Outside business hours, customer inquiries went completely unanswered, leading to lost sales and poor reviews. Scaling the team was financially unsustainable.
