Situation

TalentPulse is an HR-Tech startup with a vision: AI-powered employee analytics for mid-market companies. The founding duo had a detailed product vision and initial LOIs from 5 potential customers, but no working product. A crucial investor pitch was just 3 weeks away, and they needed a presentable MVP.

Challenge

The founders needed a fully functional SaaS product in under 3 weeks — with authentication, team management, analytics dashboard, and Stripe billing. At the same time, the codebase had to be clean enough to build upon after funding. No agency could deliver in this timeframe.

Our Approach

We built a complete SaaS product from scratch: Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, Stripe billing, and Vercel deployment. The focus was on clean architecture that can scale seamlessly after funding. Every feature was built to serve the investor pitch while being production-ready.
